Head Baker
Joann Poe started baking in 1998 as a self taught hobby baker. In 2010 she fell in love with cake decorating and that was the beginning of her culinary career. She created a home business called Joann's Elegant Cakes, she took a few cake decorating classes and eventually enrolled in culinary school. In 2015 NYC's Best Dressed Cupcakes LLC was born.
